Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Your Till Receipt is Your Gift Voucher – This is your proof of purchase.
  2. Monetary Value Gift: This can be redeemed in The Bowery, The Crafty Vintner Tasting Room and the Crafty Vintner Wine Merchant.
  3. Where the product being purchased is of a higher value than the Gift Voucher amount being redeemed, the customer will pay the difference.
  4. If the full value of the Gift Voucher is not redeemed entirely, the balance will remain on your voucher until spent.
  5. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be exchanged for cash.
  6. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase new Bowery or Crafty Vintner Gift Vouchers.
  7. Gift Vouchers have a 1year expiry from date of purchase.
  8. Gift Vouchers have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Gift Vouchers will not be redeemed or replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
  9. The Bowery and Crafty Vintner reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  10. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery. Our Privacy Statement sets out the data protection practices currently in place within the company.
