We take food traceability very seriously here at The Bowery. Our chefs work closely with local farmers and producers, with regular site visits to get an insight into the processes involved from farm to fork. We are dedicated to promoting sustainability and ensuring that we use only the best quality local produce. With a rotating menu of seasonal produce, we are able to showcase the best food NI has to offer all year round.
